Parigha is the nineteenth nitya yoga, and the one whose blemish lasts only half its length: the tradition holds the first half inauspicious and lets the second half stand, so the windows listed here run from the yoga's start to its midpoint rather than end to end. The name is the bar across a door, and a new undertaking waits for that half to pass. It comes round about once a lunar month.
