Dwipushkar Yoga needs three things at once: a Bhadra tithi (Dwitiya, Saptami or Dwadashi, in either paksha), a Sunday, Tuesday or Saturday, and the Moon in Mrigashira, Chitra or Dhanishtha — the three dvipada nakshatras. Tradition holds that whatever is acquired or lost under it comes twice, which makes it a window for purchases and one to avoid for losses or for anything you would not want repeated. All three conditions must overlap, so the window is short and uncommon.

All times are IST, computed for Ujjain. A tithi or nakshatra turns at the same instant everywhere, so your timezone changes only the clock it reads — but a window bounded by the weekday also follows your own sunrise. The app computes both for your city.
